Establishment of the Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate the use of harftek.com and connected pages (together “Site”). The Site is provided by Pasifik Global Foreign Trade to offer information about Harftek products and services. Accessing or using the Site indicates that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept, please do not use the Site.
To Whom It Applies
These Terms apply to all Site users who review content, download explicitly offered materials, or make requests through communication forms, e-mail, etc.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Informational Nature
Unless clearly stated otherwise, text, images, videos, technical data, performance claims, and downloadable files on the Site are for general information and promotion purposes.
Efforts are made to keep information accurate and up-to-date; however, content may contain technical or typographical errors, may describe products in the development phase, and may be changed without prior notice. Be sure to confirm technical compatibility, delivery, warranty, price, and similar critical matters in a written offer or contract.
Does Not Constitute a Binding Offer
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted in a way that constitutes a legal offer or a promise of sale in countries where it is prohibited. Sales or service relationships are established with commercial documents, stock/export conditions, and acceptance procedures separately agreed upon between you and us (or our authorized representatives).
Prices, campaigns, model names, or configurations appearing on the Site are for illustration purposes only unless confirmed in writing for you.
Intellectual Property
Harftek names, logos, product names, images, software screenshots, and other brand elements may be protected under relevant legislation. You may not use our brands or signs similar enough to cause confusion without prior written permission; legitimate and neutral citations are reserved.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site content for internal evaluation purposes related to Harftek; you may not remove copyright and ownership notices, imply false connection or approval, and may not attempt to obtain trade secrets via reverse engineering to the extent prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, not to prevent others' use, and not to do the following:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; scan for security vulnerabilities (unless permitted).
- Spread harmful software, send unauthorized bulk messages, collect data against the law or Privacy Policy, or disrupt the service.
- Overload, disable, or use the infrastructure for attack purposes.
- Collect bulk content with automation unless legally permitted, in a way that harms performance or leads to unfair competition with our legitimate business activities.
- Use in violation of export control, sanction, or anti-bribery legislation.
Communications and Files You Send
You represent that you have the authority to share requests, files, and other materials you send via the Site or e-mail and that they do not violate third-party rights or the law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use suggestions and feedback you voluntarily transmit to improve products and services without any payment obligation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these resources; access is at your own risk.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available”; no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement are given.
It is not committed that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; Pasifik Global Foreign Trade and its affiliates, managers, employees, and suppliers cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.
In cases allowed by law, our total liability is limited to (a) one hundred US Dollars (USD 100) or (b) the amount of fees (if any) you paid to us for Site access within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim date, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in this case, liability is limited to the maximum level allowed by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law; you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pasifik Global Foreign Trade and its affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, and costs including reasonable attorney fees arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey (excluding conflicting law rules), except where the law mandatory requires other regulations.
In disputes arising from these Terms or Site use, the jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey courts is valid, reserving mandatory rights granted to you by law.
Changes in Terms
We may update the Terms at any time by putting the new text on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated text. If you do not accept, you must stop using it.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
